Event Details: In this course, students will learn the essential skills needed to cook delicious and nutritious meals for themselves. From simple recipes to portion control and meal planning, you will discover how to create satisfying dishes tailored to your individual needs. Explore the world of cooking for one and gain confidence in the kitchen as you master the art of preparing meals just for you.

This Self-paced course starts on Sept 2 and is open for 10 weeks.

 The class will consist of 10 modules that students will independently work on. There will be an option for weekly check-ins with the instructor if the student requests.
